Abners, a family friendly restaurant known for their chicken tenders and sweet tea, is a place many people go to enjoy their lunch while watching their favorite sports team play ball. My jobs included making sure the lemons were cut and the front of the house refrigerator was stocked with sauces and dessert, taking people's orders, checking their order in the window, and delivering the food to their table. I was able to use my Spanish speaking skills in the back of the house due to the large population of Hispanics working there.
