Katy Locke is currently the Assistant Director of the RecSports program at The University of Tennessee. She has been working with this department for seven years. She received her degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She oversees the Aquatics program and other areas of the Recreation Program. She also teaches lifeguard classes, lifeguard instructor classes, and swim lesson instructor classes.
