Promoting Healthy Lifestyles is something I started in November of 2010 to inform the public about the importance of nutrition. With this program, I want to get the word out about healthy living and active lifestyles. I want to teach and help make a difference in one's life. I use creative visuals, handouts, and active participation from my guests to engage their attention. A couple key points I talk about are portion control, obesity, active lifestyles, burning calories, and much more.
